How do I Submit a support ticket
Log into Web24 Control Panel
- Access the URL http://admin.web24.com.au in browser.
- Enter the login details provided by Web24. This would include the email address and password that were used to register your Web24 Account.
Open the Support Tab
- From the account login select the “Help and Support” tab.
- Click on the “Request Support” link in the top right of the page. Note that the list of previously submitted tickets can be viewed In “Trouble Tickets”
Customise and Submit the Request
- Select the “Department” you wish to contact and click on “Next”.
- Please provide additional information like ‘Subscription Name, IP address, Domain name’ to ensure an efficient resolution. Note that a file can also be uploaded at this point if required. Enter the details of the request and click on “Submit”.
