Our customer base requires high level support in Windows and Linux server administration tasks, along with general shared hosting support. Applicants for any positions will already have exposure to general hosting and internet concepts, with the ability to learn quickly on their feet. Knowledge acquisition will proceed rapidly being surrounded by technically competent and friendly staff.

Generally you should have at least 6 months experience in the hosting industry and demonstrate knowledge of related technologies.

Skills:

• Positive Attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Linux and Windows Servers
• Understanding of various protocols such as HTTP, POP, SMTP, FTP
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Perl, Python etc.
• Familiarity with technologies such as cPanel, Plesk, VMWare, Virtuozzo is preferred.
