Hi,
I have been very happy with your services and the performance of the
server hosting my pages. It is amazing that you can provide such quality
services at such cheap prices. With the same specs, your prices
definitely are most competitive ones I could find in New Zealand. The
speed, disk space and band width are all brilliant! As a result, I
really wish that my site would keep hosted on the server.
However, I have difficulty. I have bought another domain which will
replace my current one. In other words, I will point the domain hosted
in your place to the new one and will not renew the current one when it
expires. One mistake I made was that I had the new domain hosted
elsewhere and paid for 2 year pre-pay (This happened before I knew your
company). Even though you provide much better services and specs, I
don't have any choice because the pre-pay is not refundable. Perhaps, I
will have to wait until the 2 year pre-pay expires, and then I will
probably go back to your place if you still provide quality services and
good server performance.
Special thanks are given to Aaron. He was very helpful before and after
I got my site hosted on your server. I was very impressed by his
technical support; it was excellent!
It is a pity that I will get my account closed and thank you again for
all you have done to me. Best wishes for your hosting business.
