How to Submit a Trouble Ticket

To lodge a support ticket at any time please follow these steps.

  1. Logon to your admin control panel by going to http://admin.web24.net.au/
  2. Once logged on, click on the "Help" Icon in the top menu bar.
  3. Click on the "Trouble TIckets" Icon.
  4. Click on the "Submit a Ticket" Icon and submit your support request.
