* Critical Issues for customers without management will be charged at $125 + GST per hour (minimum 1 hour). 
* Customers with a Full Management Contract will not incur a charge.
* Please note that all Non-critical issues outside of business hours, whether managed or unmanaged will incur a fee of $125 + GST per hour (minimum 1 hour).
